1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Welcome to Flaghim ("Platform", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using Flaghim, you ("User", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Flaghim. Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
BY CLICKING "I AGREE", CREATING AN ACCOUNT, OR USING THE PLATFORM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.
2. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by:
- Posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a new "Last Updated" date
- Sending an email notification to your registered email address
- Displaying a prominent notice on the Platform
Your continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Platform and may request deletion of your account.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
3. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Flaghim is a private, provider-only platform that allows verified providers to:
- Search for and review clients
- Share safety information about potentially dangerous individuals
- Rate clients using a red flag system (1-5 rating)
- Apply descriptive tags to reviews
- Upload supporting evidence (photos, screenshots)
- Track contacts and receive notifications
The Platform is intended solely for safety information sharing among providers. It is not a directory, advertising platform, or booking service.
4. ELIGIBILITY
4.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
4.2 Provider-Only Access
The Platform is exclusively for providers. You must:
- Be a current or former provider
- Complete our verification process
- Be manually approved by an administrator
You may not create an account if you are:
- A client seeking to view information about yourself
- A law enforcement officer (unless legally permitted and disclosed)
- Acting on behalf of any third party to gain unauthorized access
- Seeking to interfere with, disrupt, or harm the Platform or its users
4.3 Prohibited Users
We reserve the right to deny access to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Users who have previously been banned or suspended
- Users who violate these Terms
- Users who pose a safety or security risk to the Platform or its users
- Users who provide false information during verification
5. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY
5.1 Account Creation
To use the Platform, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Choose a unique username (username)
- Provide a valid email address
- Create a secure password
- Complete email verification
- Complete provider verification
- Be manually approved by an administrator
5.2 Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
- Using a strong, unique password
You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials with anyone
- Allow others to access your account
- Create multiple accounts
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Use automated systems (bots) to access the Platform
5.3 Account Information
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Update your information promptly if it changes
- Not provide false or misleading information
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts with false or misleading information.
6. USER CONTENT
6.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or upload to the Platform ("User Content"), including:
- Reviews
- Comments
- Photos and screenshots
- Updates to reviews
- Profile information
6.2 License Grant
By submitting User Content, you grant Flaghim a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to:
- Store, display, and distribute your User Content
- Make your User Content available to other verified users
- Modify or adapt your User Content for technical purposes (formatting, encryption, etc.)
- Create derivative works for Platform functionality
This license continues even if you delete your account, to preserve the safety information value of the Platform. However, you may delete your reviews at any time (subject to Section 6.8).
6.3 Content Standards
All User Content must:
- Be truthful and based on your actual experience
- Relate to client safety and behavior
- Comply with all applicable laws
- Not violate anyone's rights (privacy, copyright, trademark, etc.)
- Not contain malware, viruses, or malicious code
6.4 Prohibited Content
You may not post User Content that:
- Contains false or defamatory statements
- Violates anyone's privacy or publicity rights
- Contains graphic sexual content or pornography
- Promotes illegal activity
- Contains hate speech, harassment, or threats
- Includes personal information of other providers without consent
- Contains spam, advertising, or promotional material
- Infringes intellectual property rights
- Contains confidential information obtained illegally
6.5 Review Guidelines
When posting reviews, you must:
- Be truthful: Only post information based on your actual experience
- Be specific: Focus on behavior, actions, and safety concerns
- Be relevant: Keep content focused on safety and client behavior
- Respect privacy: Do not include identifying information about other providers
- No retaliation: Do not post reviews to retaliate against personal disputes unrelated to safety or the client's behaviour
You may not:
- Post false or misleading information
- Post reviews to harass, defame, or harm others
- Post reviews for competitive or commercial purposes
6.6 Evidence and Photos
When uploading photos or screenshots:
- You must own the content or have permission to share it
- Content must be relevant to your review
- Do not upload explicit sexual content
- Do not upload photos of other providers without consent
- Do not upload content that violates anyone's rights
6.7 Anonymous Posting
You may choose to post reviews anonymously. When posting anonymously:
- Your username will not be displayed to other users
- You can still manage your review from your account
- You are still bound by all Terms and content standards
- We may still identify you if legally required
6.8 Deletion and Retention
You may delete your reviews at any time. When you delete a review:
- The review text and media are removed and your name becomes anonymous
- Red flag ratings and tags are retained in aggregate statistics for safety purposes
- Deleted reviews display as "This review was deleted by the user." to maintain transparency
This retention policy is essential to prevent users from removing safety warnings after experiencing dangerous situations.
6.9 Updates to Reviews
You may add updates to your reviews. Updates:
- Do not modify the original review text
- Are appended with a timestamp
- Can be added multiple times
- Are subject to the same content standards
7. PLATFORM RULES AND CONDUCT
7.1 Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Platform only for its intended purpose: sharing safety information among providers. You may:
- Search for clients before accepting bookings
- Post truthful reviews about your experiences
- Track contacts to receive safety alerts
- Update your reviews with new information
7.2 Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
- Use the Platform to harass, stalk, threaten, or harm others
- Post false, misleading, or defamatory content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other accounts
- Circumvent security measures or verification requirements
- Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers to access the Platform
- Collect user information without consent
- Share or sell access to the Platform
- Use the Platform for commercial purposes or advertising
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Platform
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
- Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Create fake accounts or impersonate others
- Coordinate harassment campaigns or brigading
- Contact other users outside the Platform without their consent
7.3 Copyright and DMCA
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA notice to: hello@flaghim.com
Your notice must include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work
- Identification of the infringing material and its location
- Your contact information
- A statement of good faith belief that use is not authorized
- A statement that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act
- Your physical or electronic signature
We will respond to valid DMCA notices in accordance with applicable law.
7.4 Counter-Notification
If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe it was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification containing:
- Identification of the removed content and its former location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed by mistake
- Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction
- Your physical or electronic signature
8. CONTENT MODERATION
8.1 Our Rights
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to:
- Monitor User Content for Terms violations
- Remove or modify User Content that violates these Terms
- Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
- Investigate suspicious activity
- Cooperate with law enforcement when legally required
- Take any action we deem necessary to protect the Platform or its users
8.2 No Obligation to Monitor
We are not obligated to:
- Pre-screen User Content before it is posted
- Monitor all User Content on the Platform
- Investigate all reports or complaints
- Take action against all Terms violations
8.3 Reporting Violations

Include:
- URL or description of the content
- Explanation of the violation
- Your contact information (if you want a response)
We will review reports but are not obligated to remove content or take action.
9. LINKED IDENTIFIERS
9.1 Admin Linking
Administrators may link multiple identifiers (phone numbers, emails, usernames) to the same client profile when:
- Evidence suggests they belong to the same person
- Multiple providers report the same person using different contact information
- Patterns indicate a client is evading detection
9.2 No Guarantee of Accuracy
While we attempt to link identifiers accurately, we make no guarantees that:
- All identifiers are correctly linked
- All of a client's identifiers are identified
- Linked identifiers definitely belong to the same person
Users should exercise their own judgment when reviewing information.
10. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
10.1 Privacy Policy
Our collection, use, and protection of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.
10.2 Security Measures
We implement industry-standard security measures, including:
- AES-256 encryption for sensitive data
- SHA-256 hashing for searchable identifiers
- Bcrypt password hashing
- HTTPS/TLS 1.3 for all connections
- Regular security audits and updates
However, no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
10.3 Your Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Using a secure internet connection
- Keeping your credentials confidential
- Using a VPN if desired for additional privacy
- Not sharing sensitive information unnecessarily
10.4 Data Retention
We retain your data as described in our Privacy Policy. Upon account deletion:
- Your personal information is permanently deleted
- Your reviews are anonymized (marked as "[Deleted user]")
- Red flag ratings and tags are retained for safety purposes
11. DISCLAIMERS
11.1 User-Generated Content
THE PLATFORM HOSTS USER-GENERATED CONTENT. WE DO NOT VERIFY, ENDORSE, OR GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, TRUTHFULNESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY USER CONTENT, INCLUDING:
- REVIEWS AND RATINGS
- COMMENTS
- PHOTOS AND EVIDENCE
- LINKED IDENTIFIERS
You acknowledge that:
- User Content represents the opinions and experiences of individual users
- We do not investigate or verify the accuracy of reviews
- Information on the Platform may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated
- You use information on the Platform at your own risk
11.2 Client Profile and Identity Accuracy
IMPORTANT: WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR AUTHENTICITY OF CLIENT PROFILES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- CLIENT NAMES, ALIASES, AND IDENTIFIERS
- PROFILE PHOTOGRAPHS AND IMAGES
- SOCIAL MEDIA PROFILES AND LINKS (LINKEDIN, FACEBOOK, ETC.)
- PHONE NUMBERS, EMAIL ADDRESSES, AND CONTACT INFORMATION
- LOCATION INFORMATION
Client profiles are compiled from user-submitted reviews and administrative research. While we make reasonable efforts to link accurate information, we cannot verify that:
- The person in profile photos is the same person who will appear at an appointment
- Social media profiles belong to the correct individual
- Contact information is current or accurate
- Names and identifiers correctly match the individual in question
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:
- Client profiles may contain errors, outdated information, or misidentifications
- The individual who appears at your appointment may not match the profile information
- You bear sole responsibility for verifying client identity through your own screening methods
- Flaghim is not liable for any damages, losses, or harm resulting from inaccurate or misleading profile information
- You should never rely solely on Platform information for safety decisions
BY USING THIS PLATFORM, YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE ANY CLAIMS AGAINST FLAGHIM ARISING FROM MISMATCHED, INCORRECT, OR MISLEADING CLIENT PROFILE INFORMATION, INCLUDING PHOTOS, SOCIAL MEDIA LINKS, AND IDENTIFYING DETAILS.
11.3 Sex Offender Registry Verification
CRITICAL NOTICE: THE ABSENCE OF A "REGISTERED SEX OFFENDER" DESIGNATION ON A CLIENT PROFILE DOES NOT MEAN THE INDIVIDUAL IS NOT A SEX OFFENDER.
Our platform may mark certain clients as registered sex offenders based on publicly available information from the National Sex Offender Public Website (NSOPW) at https://www.nsopw.gov/. However:
- We do not systematically search the registry for every client profile
- We only mark individuals when we happen to discover registry information during our research
- Registry databases may be incomplete, outdated, or contain errors
- Offenders may use aliases or false information that prevents identification
- An individual may be a sex offender in jurisdictions not covered by NSOPW
- An individual may have committed offenses but not be listed on public registries
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:
- You bear sole responsibility for conducting your own sex offender registry checks
- The absence of a sex offender designation does not provide any safety guarantee
- You should independently verify all client information through NSOPW and other screening methods
- Flaghim makes no representations or warranties regarding the sex offender status of any individual
- Flaghim is not liable for any damages, losses, or harm resulting from failure to identify or mark a registered sex offender
BY USING THIS PLATFORM, YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE ANY CLAIMS AGAINST FLAGHIM FOR FAILURE TO IDENTIFY, VERIFY, OR DESIGNATE ANY INDIVIDUAL AS A REGISTERED SEX OFFENDER.
11.4 No Professional Advice
THE PLATFORM DOES NOT PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL, LEGAL, MEDICAL, OR SAFETY ADVICE. Nothing on the Platform should be construed as:
- Professional screening or background check services
- Legal advice or guidance
- Safety guarantees or recommendations
- Professional investigations
You should:
- Conduct your own screening and due diligence
- Consult with professionals for advice
- Make your own independent decisions about client safety
- Not rely solely on information from the Platform
11.5 Third-Party Links
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We:
- Do not control or endorse third-party sites
- Are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices
- Make no representations about third-party sites
11.6 No Warranties
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
- WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
- WARRANTIES OF NON-INFRINGEMENT
- WARRANTIES OF TITLE
- WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY

We do not warrant that:
- The Platform will be available at all times
- The Platform will be error-free or secure
- Defects will be corrected
- The Platform is free of viruses or harmful components
11.5 Availability
We may:
- Suspend or terminate the Platform at any time
- Modify or discontinue features
- Perform maintenance that causes downtime
- Experience technical difficulties or outages
We will attempt to provide notice of planned downtime but are not obligated to do so.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
12.1 General Limitations
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLAGHIM AND ITS ADMINISTRATORS, DEVELOPERS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
- INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
- LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE
- LOSS OF BUSINESS OR OPPORTUNITY
- PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE
- DAMAGES RESULTING FROM USER CONTENT OR USER CONDUCT
- DAMAGES RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS OR DATA BREACHES
- DAMAGES RESULTING FROM RELIANCE ON PLATFORM CONTENT
This applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12.2 Maximum Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE PLATFORM IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS (WHICH IS $0 FOR FREE USERS), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
12.3 Jurisdictional Limitations
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
12.4 No Liability for User Actions
We are not liable for:
- Actions taken by users based on Platform information
- Harm caused by clients you choose to see
- Disputes between users
- User Content posted by others
- Decisions you make based on reviews or ratings
You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own safety decisions.
13. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Flaghim and its administrators, developers, affiliates, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:
- Your use or misuse of the Platform
- Your User Content
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
- Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party
This indemnification obligation survives termination of your account and these Terms.
We reserve the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you will cooperate with us in asserting any available defenses.
14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
14.1 Governing Law
These Terms and your use of the Platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Iceland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
The choice of Icelandic law is based on:
- Our server location in Iceland
- Iceland's strong privacy and data protection laws
- Our commitment to operating outside US jurisdiction
14.2 Jurisdiction and Venue
Any legal action or proceeding arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Reykjavik, Iceland. You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of these courts.
14.3 Informal Resolution
Before filing any legal claim, you agree to first contact us at support@Flaghim.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiations.
14.4 Time Limitation
You must bring any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform within one (1) year after the claim arises, or the claim is permanently barred.
14.5 Waiver of Class Actions
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE WITH FLAGHIM WILL BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION AGAINST FLAGHIM.
14.6 Equitable Relief
Notwithstanding the above, we may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of our intellectual property rights, security measures, or these Terms.
15. TERMINATION
15.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by:
- Accessing your account settings
- Selecting "Delete Account"
- Following the confirmation process
Upon termination:
- Your access to the Platform will be immediately revoked
- Your personal information will be deleted per our Privacy Policy
- Your reviews will be anonymized (marked as "[Deleted user]")
- Red flag ratings and tags will be retained for safety purposes
15.2 Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent or abusive behavior
- Providing false information during registration
- Engaging in prohibited conduct
- Posing a security or safety risk
- Court order or legal requirement
15.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- All licenses granted by you under these Terms survive
- Your right to use the Platform immediately ceases
- We may delete your data per our Privacy Policy
- Sections that by their nature should survive termination remain in effect
15.4 No Refunds
We do not provide refunds for suspended or terminated accounts. Since the Platform is free, no refunds are applicable.
16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
16.1 Platform Ownership
The Platform and its content (excluding User Content), including but not limited to:
- Software and code
- Design, layout, and graphics
- Logos, trademarks, and branding
- Text, images, and other materials
are owned by Flaghim or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
16.2 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose. This license does not include:
- Any resale or commercial use of the Platform
- Any copying, modification, or derivative works
- Any downloading or copying of information for the benefit of third parties
- Any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools
- Any use other than the intended purpose
16.3 Trademarks
"Flaghim" and all related logos, trademarks, and service marks are the property of Flaghim. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.
16.4 Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Platform ("Feedback"), you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate the Feedback without any obligation to you.
17. EXPORT CONTROLS
You agree to comply with all applicable export and import control laws and regulations. You represent that you are not:
- Located in a country subject to a US government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country
- Listed on any US government list of prohibited or restricted parties
You may not use the Platform if such use is prohibited by applicable law.
18. MISCELLANEOUS
18.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Flaghim regarding the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
18.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
18.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative.
18.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time without notice to you.
18.5 No Partnership
Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and Flaghim. You have no authority to bind us in any way.
18.6 Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Acts of God
- Natural disasters
- War, terrorism, or civil unrest
- Government actions or regulations
- Internet or telecommunications failures
- Cyberattacks or security breaches
- Labor disputes or strikes
18.7 Language
These Terms are written in English. Any translations are provided for convenience only. In case of conflict, the English version controls.
18.8 Section Headings
Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
18.9 Third-Party Beneficiaries
These Terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights except as expressly stated.
18.10 Survival
The following sections survive termination of these Terms:
- Section 6 (User Content - license grant and retention)
- Section 11 (Disclaimers)
- Section 12 (Limitation of Liability)
- Section 13 (Indemnification)
- Section 14 (Dispute Resolution)
- Section 16 (Intellectual Property)
- Any other section that by its nature should survive
19. SPECIAL PROVISIONS FOR PROVIDERS
19.1 Understanding of Industry
We acknowledge and respect that:
- Sex work is work
- Providers face unique safety challenges
- Many jurisdictions criminalize sex work
- Providers deserve safety and dignity
19.2 Non-Discrimination
We do not discriminate against users based on:
- Type of sex work
- Legal status of work in their jurisdiction
- Gender identity or sexual orientation
- Race, ethnicity, or national origin
- Disability status
19.3 Law Enforcement
We do not cooperate with law enforcement to prosecute providers. We will:
- Resist subpoenas and legal demands when possible
- Notify users of legal requests when legally permitted
- Never voluntarily provide information to law enforcement
However, we may be legally compelled to comply with valid court orders.
19.4 Platform Purpose
The Platform is for safety information sharing only. It is not:
- Evidence of illegal activity
- An admission of engaging in criminalized work
- A directory or advertising platform
- A booking or scheduling service

APPENDIX A: DEFINITIONS
- Administrator/Admin:
- Person(s) responsible for managing the Platform, approving accounts, and moderating content.
- Client:
- A person who pays for sexual services or adult entertainment from a provider.
- Linked Identifiers:
- Multiple contact methods (phone numbers, emails, usernames) connected to the same client profile.
- Platform:
- The Flaghim website, application, and all related services.
- Provider:
- A provider who uses the Platform.
- Red Flag Rating:
- A 1-5 scale used to rate danger level of clients (1 = minor issue, 5 = severe danger).
- Review:
- User-generated content describing an experience with a client, including ratings, tags, descriptions, and optional photos.
- Tag:
- A descriptive label applied to reviews (e.g., NCNS, Timewaster, Dangerous) to categorize client behavior.
- Track/Tracking:
- Following a contact, client, or review to receive notifications of new activity.
- User Content:
- Any content submitted, posted, or uploaded by users, including reviews, comments, photos, and profile information.
- Verification:
- The process of confirming a user is a provider, including profile verification and admin approval.
