Flaghim is a secure, private network where workers can share safety information and protect one another. Our mission is to give workers real tools and full autonomy over their safety. With a closed-community model, we ensure that all shared information stays within the network and never enters the public sphere.
We use AES-256 encryption to safeguard data, host our servers in Iceland for strong privacy protections, and design every feature around one priority: respecting the privacy of our members. Membership is strictly verified. Every account is manually approved, and no one outside the community can access the platform. This is not a public database. It is a private, trusted space where workers can share their stories safely.
Workers have always been the first and often the only line of defense for one another. Flaghim strengthens that tradition.
